Jungwon Suh
Chief Executive Officer

Jungwon Suh has served as CEO of LOTTE Global Logistics North America since May 2019. He is a dedicated leader with decades worth of global logistics experience. Jungwon is committed to exceeding customer expectations, and delivering premium service offerings in order to position LGLNA as a global top-tier logistics provider.

Prior to his tenure at LGLNA, Jungwon spent decades in the transportation and logistics industry. He began his career in customs brokerage in South Korea, where he remains a licensed customs broker. He later moved into logistics roles for Hyundai Group and LOTTE Group, where he held various leadership positions, with increasing responsibilities. Through his unique perspective and international supply chain knowledge, Jungwon will lead the way for LGLNA’s rapid growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea.

Woong Ko
Director & Chief Financial Officer

Woong Ko was appointed Director and CFO of LOTTE Global Logistics North America in April 2013. He began his career with LOTTE Global Logistics in 2000 at the South Korea headquarters. Prior to his current role, Woong Ko served as the Manager of the Account, Planning, and Business Development teams in South Korea.

​Brad Leyhe
Director Launch Operations

Brad Leyhe joined LOTTE Global Logistics North America as Director of Operations in 2021. Brad has responsibility for the operations and associates within LGLNA’s growing warehousing and transportation divisions, inclusive of: drayage, transloading, product storage, truckload, and facility management. He is instrumental in the strategic direction of LGLNA’s service capabilities, and building an operating culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

With over two decades of experience in supply chain and transportation, Brad has on-site experience developing logistics solutions for a myriad of Fortune 500 clients. He has held leadership positions with KKW Trucking, JB Hunt, and Ruan Logistics before a tenure with Amazon. While at Amazon, he led start-up operations for Robotics Fulfillment Centers in Denver, Colorado; Detroit, Michigan; and Delhi, India. He has led and developed management teams with large-scale customers, employing over 4,000 associates in large throughput facilities. Brad has led a diverse and complex international supply chain for Molson-Coors Beverage Company, where he oversaw railroad, trucking, and warehousing operations for the customer on behalf of Ryder Integrated Logistics. He is passionate about developing his team to become tomorrow’s leaders. Committed to utilizing his global experience in warehousing, transportation, and logistics, as well as his passion for employee and customer enrichment, Brad will help position LGLNA for rapid growth in North America.

Brad received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his Master’s Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics from Michigan State University.

Brad and his wife have two children, and live in Colorado where they enjoy skiing and hiking as a family.

Jason (Hyung Kyung) Moon
General Manager of Strategy and Planning

Jason (Hyung Kyung) Moon joined LOTTE Global Logistics in August 2009, where he has held a variety of positions, and is currently responsible for directing Chemical Logistics for LGLNA. In his current role, he works diligently to optimize logistics processes for LGLNA’s customers.

Prior to his time with LOTTE, Jason served as the Logistics Manager of Operations at Seven-Eleven, where he was responsible for the safe operation of 13 distribution centers. He has a variety of experience dealing with complex logistics situations, optimizing results based on customer needs.

Jason has a wide breadth of supply chain knowledge and experience. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, and is qualified in RFID construction, and as a logistics consultant by the Korea Integrated Logistics Association.

Jason, his wife, and their two children reside in the Houston area, where they enjoy swimming and cycling, as well as spending time with their family and friends.

Steven Sample
Director of Human Resources

Steven Sample joined LOTTE Global Logistics North America as Director of Human Resources in September 2021. In this role, he is responsible for all HR operations, including: recruitment/selection, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and HRIS.

Prior to joining LGLNA, Steven spent 22 years at Cisco Systems, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Baylor Scott & White Health. He has held responsibility for recruitment and selection across large enterprises, as well as HR Business Partnership supporting billion dollar businesses, and their associated senior leaders. He has led large enterprise-wide rollouts of complicated HR systems, as well as driven new and innovative ways to engage top talent. He is skilled at coaching executive leaders, driving the employee value proposition, and keeping engagement levels high amongst the team.

With 26 years spent across the HR space, Steve has experienced most HR-related issues and opportunities firsthand. His depth and breadth of experience makes him a valuable addition to the LGLNA team. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Texas Tech University and a SPHR certification from HRCI.

Steven is happily married to his college sweetheart, Ericka. They have two children in high school that keep them very busy with their activities and associated commitments. They enjoy travelling, spending time with family, and supporting their favorite college football & basketball teams.

Kenton Kirkpatrick
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Kenton Kirkpatrick joined LOTTE Global Logistics North America as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in September 2021. In his current role, Kenton’s primary responsibilities are developing and maintaining financial budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis for back-office functions for multiple business verticals.

Prior to his time at LGLNA, Kenton worked for various Private Equity backed companies, building out the FP&A processes. The industries included: manufacturing, healthcare, medical, and insurance. With nearly 10 years in an FP&A role, he brings a unique skill set with a wide array of experience and knowledge to his role as Director of FP&A.

Kenton holds a Bachelor’s of Science in General Business from the University of North Texas, and a Master’s of Science in Finance from the University of North Texas. Kenton is also a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional through the Association for Financial Professionals.

Kenton was born in Charlotte, NC, but he and his wife, Gianna, now live in Keller, TX. They have three pets: a pug (named Marino), a poodle, and a cat! He loves the Miami Dolphins and spending time with his family.

Brad Cho
Director of Sales

Brad Cho joined LOTTE Global Logistics North America in Oct 2019 and was appointed director in May 2023.

In his role, he prioritizes the development and onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting other various divisions for the growth of LGLNA.

Brad has been in the logistics market for over 20 years with numerous areas of expertise.

Prior to LGLNA, Brad spent 10 years in Houston handling the oil & gas and energy equipment for global clients, such as Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Heavy Industries, and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering. 

Brad came to the States in 1996, where he spent most of his youth in New York and married for 16 years to his wife, Debbie. They now have 3 boys, Henry, William, and Edward, and a puppy named Mocha in Katy, TX, where they enjoy soccer season and the Texas lifestyle.

John Hargis
Sr. Director of Sales

With over 25 years of End-to-End Logistic Solutions experience and knowledge, John Hargis joined our LOTTE Global Logistics – North America Team as Senior Director of Sales – North America in June of 2023. Beginning his career in Medical Logistics for the United States Air Force, John transitioned his career to Less Than Truckload (LTL) Sales with SAIA where he led a year-over-year sales growth in excess of 25%. He then joined the Cerasis 3PL team in Business Development for Multi-Modal Logistics Solutions. During the company acquisition and merger with Worldwide Express/GlobalTranz/Unishippers, John worked and earned his way to launching the Mid-Market Sales Division as Senior Area Sales Manager. 

John is now based in Dallas, Texas, where he enjoys the outside, spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and trying new things.
